Key Responsibilities- Provide HR support to the department, including onboarding, payroll processing, benefits, and engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related queries and issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system.
- Design and generate reports related to HR metrics.
- Assist in the coordination of large-scale organizational changes.
- Provide first-line support for low-level ER cases.
- Process departmental invoices through company finance systems.
- Two years of experience working in Human Resources.
- Sound understanding of Outlook and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related area.
- CIPD qualification or Employment Law knowledge (preferred).
