We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 per hour, equivalent to £25,088 per annum (based on 42 hours per week), along with a range of benefits, including 5.6 weeks of annual leave, plus your birthday off.

Your Role:

As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

">

• Supporting service users to stay safe and develop their own care plans

">

• Providing emotional support and maintaining a person-centred approach

">

• Assisting with daily living tasks, managing finances, and administering medication responsibly

">

• Reporting any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users

">

• Complying with Health and Safety regulations and having regard for the Health, Safety and Welfare of others

">

• Forming appropriate relationships with those we care for and maintaining professional boundaries

">
