Job Title

We are seeking two patient and reliable Personal Assistants to support a young girl living in the HU9 area of Hull.

The appointed PAs will serve as companions and facilitators, enabling the girl to participate in activities outside her family home. This may include visiting local parks or trampoline facilities.

To be successful in this role, applicants must demonstrate a genuine interest in working with individuals with disabilities, possess honesty and trustworthiness, and exhibit confidence while remaining calm under pressure.

Prioritizing the girl's health and safety is paramount, particularly when navigating road crossings. A car driver with previous experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the girl in participating in activities outside her family home.
  • Ensure her health and safety at all times, particularly when crossing roads.
Requirements:
  • Genuine interest in working with disabled people.
  • Honesty and trustworthiness.
  • Confidence and ability to remain calm.
  • Previous experience as a PA (desirable).
  • Car driver's license (preferable).
Working Hours:

6 hours per week, primarily on weekends during term time and flexible arrangements during school holidays.

Location:

Hull area.

Salary:

$44 per hour.
