Job Title: CSCS Multi Skilled Operative

Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking a highly skilled and versatile CSCS Multi Skilled Operative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain plant equipment to meet daily production targets
  • Conduct weighbridge operations and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Support site KPIs, including quality, health and safety, and site housekeeping
  • Collaborate with the site fitter on basic operator-led maintenance
  • Perform housekeeping tasks and basic daily maintenance
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous plant operational experience
  • Flexibility and a can-do attitude
  • Initiative and ability to think independently
  • Full UK driving license
  • Team player with effective communication skills
  • Ideal candidate will have a forklift truck and loading shovel license (training provided)
  • Good attitude towards health and safety and the environment
  • Hardworking and willing to learn new skills
