Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan care for newborn babies requiring transitional care, including IVAB therapy and phototherapy.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to educate and support them in caring for their baby.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and protocols.

Requirements
  • Registered Band 6 Nurse with significant experience in neonatal nursing.
  • Degree-level education and knowledge of local, national, and international strategies relevant to Neonatal Transitional Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
