Key Responsibilities- Assess and plan care for newborn babies requiring transitional care, including IVAB therapy and phototherapy.
- Work closely with parents and carers to educate and support them in caring for their baby.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Registered Band 6 Nurse with significant experience in neonatal nursing.
- Degree-level education and knowledge of local, national, and international strategies relevant to Neonatal Transitional Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
