Job Summary:

Apleona is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Control Centre Operative to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and updating rostering systems to ensure the efficient management of our security business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update rostering systems to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of security personnel
  • Monitor and respond to out-of-hours escalation processes to ensure prompt resolution of security incidents
  • Conduct compliance checks and reporting to ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders through help desk calls and other communication channels
  • Support the business in managing Planned and Preventative Maintenance work orders for account teams

Requirements:

  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the management team and other stakeholders
