Job Overview:
HLP Consulting is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cat B design and build projects and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading pre-construction activities, developing project budgets, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders. You will also drive value engineering initiatives and identify potential risks during the pre-construction phase.

About You:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with proven experience as a Pre-Construction Manager within a main contractor environment. You should have a strong background in Cat B design and build projects with a successful track record in managing pre-construction phases. Comprehensive knowledge of London's construction landscape and project-specific challenges is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills are required. Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines is a must.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses are also offered.
