Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to join our team. As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in implementing change management plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and manage key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and they are well-informed about changes.
- Analyze potential resistance to change and assess impact and readiness.
- Work with the communications team to develop and implement engagement plans.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development colleagues to create and deliver learning plans to maximize adoption of change.
- Track and monitor change management initiatives throughout their lifecycle and provide analysis of effectiveness.
Requirements
- Demonstratable experience as a Change Manager or in change-related roles.
- In-depth understanding of how people go through the change process, change models, and their practical application in large organizations.
- Proven ability to support employees on their change journeys.
- Experience implementing changes to business processes, technologies, and systems.
- Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and effectively solving problems.
- Proven experience of working in project teams and implementing change projects/programs of work.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand change impacts and business readiness.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary between £43,000 and £48,000 negotiable on experience.
