Our client, a reputable industry-recognised professional body, is seeking an experienced Lettings professional to join their team in Warwick. The successful candidate will work with multiple Lettings Agencies across the UK, providing support and guidance to members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephone calls from members and provide support on Lettings, Lettings Compliance, and Landlord & Tenant law.
  • Keep accurate records of discussions and update the membership CRM system.
  • Promote and signpost factsheets, FAQs, and guidance on legislation and policy developments.
  • Feed information to help create new resources for members.
  • Provide support on the completion of existing legal documents and templates.
  • Evaluate complex L&T legal queries and ensure an accurate timely handover.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Lettings, Lettings Compliance, and/or Landlord & Tenant law.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet SLAs.
