Global brands & event organisers trust our platform to bring their events and content on to campus.
- As a Regional Sales Manager, you will have an individual quota and be assigned to a territory of Student Unions (SUs).
- You will be responsible for managing and coaching direct reports to ensure optimal sales performance across their territory.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting and forecasting by maintaining CRM hygiene and other systems.
- Exceeding contract value of your SU territory across at least 80% of the portfolio both individually and across your team.
- Regularly review and analyse sales data to identify areas of improvement across your territory.
- Support process improvements, best practices, and team training & development.
- Comfortable building strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- You will thrive on working to targets and confidently negotiate with clients to identify new opportunities and maximise sales revenue.
- You will be resilient and creative, able to problem solve with positivity and urgency.
- Ability to coach and mentor others to continuously improve their performance.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year
