Main Responsibilities:
  • IDentify and engage with new firms to secure business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and business development.
  • Buiild and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to increase their use of our products, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy for your area, utilizing market trends, data analysis, and industry knowledge.
  • Train and coach partners to enhance their business outcomes, focusing on retention, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and lead workshops, broker group meetings, and presentations to promote our offerings and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for partners, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture-related sales, with a proven track record of success in business development and account management. They will be self-motivated, results-driven, and proficient in creating and executing effective business plans.
