Newcastle Building Society is seeking a skilled Financial Adviser to join our team in County Durham. As a trusted provider of financial services, we offer expert advice to customers across our branch network.
As a Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external introducers
- Managing a structured client review process to ensure excellent customer service
- Proactively identifying opportunities for referrals and growth
- Achieving corporate goals, including customer satisfaction, sales, and business quality
- Collaborating with branch colleagues to deliver advice and value to new customers
- Developing a strong presence in the community through financial education and outreach
- Reviewing clients' financial circumstances and providing expert advice on their financial future
We are looking for a commercially focused QCA Level 4 Financial Advisor with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding business and customer service expectations.
You will also possess high standards of quality and compliance, with a strong ambition to succeed in a dynamic environment.
