About the Role

Newcastle Financial Advisers are seeking a skilled Financial Adviser to join their team in Barnard Castle. As a key member of the team, you will deliver expert face-to-face advice to customers across the branch network, supported by a dedicated back-office team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve corporate goals, including customer satisfaction, sales, business quality, and staff development
  • Develop a Financial Advice presence in the community
  • Review existing clients' financial circumstances and advise on their financial future
Requirements

We are looking for a commercially focused QCA Level 4 Financial Advisor with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record for achieving and exceeding new business and customer service expectations. You will also demonstrate high standards of quality and compliance and possess the ambition to succeed in a thriving environment.
