Centre Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a prominent retail shopping centre. This will involve working closely with centre teams, including administrators, security, and cleaning staff, to ensure tasks are performed effectively.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure operations meet health, safety, and company standards.
• Monitoring contractor performance and reviewing RAMS to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Addressing tenant issues and complaints promptly to ensure quick resolution.
• Collaborating with local authorities, BID representatives, and other stakeholders to enhance asset value.
The successful candidate will have a background in retail shopping centre management and be capable of liaising effectively between the client, surveyors, and tenants to drive the performance and improvement of the asset. An IOSH is essential, whilst a NEBOSH or IWFM qualification would be viewed favourably.
