About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students receive tailored support.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to deliver targeted interventions and promote academic growth.
  • Inspire and motivate students while building their confidence.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to implement strategies that address specific student needs.
  • Requirements:
    • Some experience working with children is essential.
    • Experience with students who have additional needs or diagnoses of Autism, ADHD, or other challenging needs is advantageous.
