Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Pre-Production team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quality within a manufacturing environment, covering inspection, process, and auditing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and implement quality improvement plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and lead quality improvements across functions, ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments.
  • Train and install quality methodology and approach, driving a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
  • Present to all levels of the organization, effectively communicating quality initiatives and results.
  • Follow a defined process, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all quality-related tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality within a manufacturing environment, covering inspection, process, and auditing.
  • Quality knowledge aligned to key principles of prevention and root cause corrective action.
  • Ability to fully understand Engineering piece part and assembly technical drawings.

Salary and Location

The salary for this position is up to £32k per annum, depending on experience. The role is based in the North of Glasgow, providing an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking and dedicated company.
