We are seeking a talented Credit Controller to join our team at Resideo. This role will be responsible for ensuring past due and collection metrics are achieved on a moderately complex portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving monthly collection targets
  • Managing and controlling the Accounts Receivable in line with the debt collection procedure
  • Communicating with customers via telephone and email regarding outstanding debtors, credit limit, and payment terms
  • Identifying high-risk accounts and taking appropriate action
  • Credit reviews and approvals of credit terms and limits per policy and in line with SEA (schedule of executive authority)
  • Reviewing all held orders promptly and releasing them when appropriate within a timely manner
  • Timely escalating collection issues and finding mitigation
  • Assisting with the timely resolution of unapplied cash receipts
  • Maintaining customer accounts in cooperation with the Customer Master Team
  • Providing the business with Accounts Receivable information and initiating meetings to determine a plan of approach
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Resolving disputes, delays, and other issues by cross-functional coordination
  • Building relationships with relevant business partners to ensure smooth cooperation between C2C and the business

Requirements include:

  • Ability to speak and work in the German language
  • Basic knowledge of customer service
  • Computer skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience with analysis
  • Experience working for a large multinational environment is preferable
  • Strong technical and analytical skills

Preferred skills include experience and knowledge of SAP and Excel, as well as previous experience in a credit controller role.
