Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Equals One Ltd. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to the leaver process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective HR administration across both Companies.
  • Support all staff with the full employee life cycle.
  • Work underneath a Senior HR Consultant to help deliver the People Strategy.

Requirements:

25 hours per week over 5 days.

Salary: £22k FTE + Benefits.
