About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading PE-backed business in the energy sector, based in North Nottinghamshire. You will be responsible for delivering the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes and financial reporting for the leadership team, business owners, and external stakeholders, including project financing banks.
You will lead the day-to-day treasury management and cash operations, primarily focused on managing the 13-week cash flow. Additionally, you will support Board and Lender reporting, liquidity analysis, and covenant reporting to Lenders. You will also support the evaluation of business growth opportunities and debt financing options.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes and financial reporting for the leadership team, business owners, and external stakeholders.
- Lead the day-to-day treasury management and cash operations, primarily focused on managing the 13-week cash flow.
- Support Board and Lender reporting, liquidity analysis, and covenant reporting to Lenders.
- Support the evaluation of business growth opportunities and debt financing options.
We are looking for a qualified, commercial finance manager with strong controls and governance experience, cash flow management skills, and the ability to manage a diverse stakeholder community. You will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, business partnering, tax, and treasury activities.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive daily rate of £400-450, with a strong temp-to-perm possibility. You will also enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, with a 50:50 split between office and remote work.
