Education Assistant for Special Needs

Vision for Education, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join their team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to a child with Autism in a primary school setting.
About the RoleThis is a full-time Teaching Support position, working 1:1 with a child in KS1 who requires additional assistance with behaviour. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEND and hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
The role offers a competitive salary of £120 per week, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive pension contributions and access to free training, including Team Teach and Autism Awareness.
As a valued member of the Vision for Education team, you will work closely with the school's teaching staff to deliver exceptional support to students. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional development, and supporting the child's academic progress.
