Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ocean Export Clerk to join our team. As an Ocean Export Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth sea freight operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating with customers and shipping companies to book and track export shipments
  • Preparing and processing export documentation, including commercial invoices and bills of lading
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of shipment details and customer information
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the export process

Requirements
To succeed as an Ocean Export Clerk, you should have a solid understanding of sea freight operations, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. A background in logistics or a related field is an asset.
