Job Title: Insurance Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to lead our US Property team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality and excellence in service delivery to clients, markets, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Requests: Provide proactive support to brokers by coordinating placement activities, including managing client requests, overseeing contract drafting, and coordinating with end-to-end service teams.
  • Operational Management: Drive the operational management of the US Property team to meet quality and efficiency goals.
  • Financial Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage the financial pipeline, operational data, and reporting for US Property.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a Senior Account Handler or Broker Support role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise and contract drafting skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring junior team members.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
