About the Role:This Full-Time position involves working 37.5 hours per week in our theatre department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions throughout the surgical process, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
We offer a highly competitive salary package, with a base salary of £38,000 per annum. In addition, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave, flexible shift patterns, and access to our Ramsay Academy for ongoing training and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and care.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient theatre environment, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
