Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to join our team as a Respiratory Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in primary care across Tayside, Grampian, and Highlands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory business plan to generate sales across the specified territory
Act as the single point of contact for customers, working in partnership to facilitate the creation of solutions that meet their needs
Increase company revenues through promotion of the Respiratory Portfolio, in accordance with the UK marketing plan and locally developed customer plans
Develop account plans for target PCNs, practice clusters, and individual practices
Develop customer partnerships, enabling them to be a respiratory partner of choice
Pioneer both digital and face-to-face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms by utilising customer insights
Deliver KPIs, including (but not limited to) Sales, NPS, Project Delivery, Customer Satisfaction
Requirements
ABPI Qualified
Full UK Drivers Licence
Experience of working in a pharmaceutical sales role
Proven track record of sales success in Primary Care
Thorough understanding of the NHS environment and customer priorities
Knowledge and experience of designated territory and customers
Clinical and market knowledge ideally within the Respiratory therapy area
Strong commercial acumen
Business planning skills
Selling skills and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop long-term relationships across the key customer groups
Effective territory planning skills through Key Account Management
