Respiratory Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Account Specialist to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales in primary care across Tayside, Grampian, and Highlands.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to generate sales across the specified territory
• Act as the single point of contact for customers, working in partnership to facilitate the creation of solutions that meet their needs
• Increase company revenues through the promotion of the Respiratory Portfolio, in accordance with the UK marketing plan and locally developed customer plans
• Develop account plans for target PCNs, practice clusters, and individual practices
• Develop customer partnerships, enabling them to be a respiratory partner of choice
• Pioneer both digital and face-to-face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms by utilising customer insights
• Deliver KPIs, including (but not limited to) Sales, NPS, Project Delivery, Customer Satisfaction
Requirements
• ABPI Qualified
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Experience of working in a pharmaceutical sales role
• Proven track record of sales success in Primary Care
• Thorough understanding of the NHS environment and customer priorities
• Knowledge and experience of designated territory and customers
• Clinical and market knowledge ideally within the Respiratory therapy area
• Strong commercial acumen
• Business planning skills
• Selling skills and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop long-term relationships across the key customer groups
• Effective territory planning skills through Key Account Management
