Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Print Operator to provide support in the day-to-day workflow within the Print Room. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of services to a high standard for all clients in accordance with company policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • High volume copying, printing, and scanning to a high standard
  • Quality checking of documents according to established processes
  • Providing first-line fault finding capability on Print Room machines
  • Reconciling and approving invoices relevant to the Print Room
  • Implementing procedures to ensure all work is completed accordingly
  • Achieving performance targets and objectives in relation to the department
  • Assisting in prioritizing the workload to meet client SLAs
  • Undertaking stock control and ordering of stationery items and consumables
Requirements
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Able negotiator, effectively dealing with re-arranging deadlines
  • Time management skills with the ability to plan work to meet challenging pressures and deadlines
  • Good organizational skills
  • IT skills in Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe, and similar software
  • Proactive, with a keen eye for detail
  • Self-motivated, with a 'can do' attitude
  • Flexible outlook
Desirable Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (to include English and Maths) at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
