Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Planner to join our team. As a key contributor to securing future construction projects, you will work closely with our bids and technical teams to develop compelling construction methodologies and indicative programmes of work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, with experience in developing programmes, logistic plans, and methodologies for tender stage submittals. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious character who wants to be part of a developing and growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce tender stage programmes and methodologies to the scope of works, client expectation, project objectives, deliverables, and Quinn London's standards.
  • Develop the tender programme in coordination with the Project Team into a fully integrated baseline programme.
Requirements
  • Experience of planning in a work-winning/bid team.
  • Main contractor within the construction industry background.
  • Experience of working on large-scale construction sector programmes.
  • Competent user of ASTA, as well as good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
