About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Colchester Road, Ipswich. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements
  • Care Certificate (desirable)
  • QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable)
  • Full driving license (desirable)
