Certain Advantage is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy for our B2B commercial business, which partners with major entertainment, hospitality, and luxury businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage events and exhibitions to showcase our products and services
  • Oversee the e-commerce site and product listings to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Create compelling content for various channels, including email marketing and brochures
  • Engage with connections on social media and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness
  • Manage case studies to attract new clients
  • Run email campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales
  • Track results and optimize marketing strategies and budgets
  • Manage the website and e-commerce store to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage leads and close deals
  • Report on Google Analytics to inform marketing decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • Proven experience in a marketing-related role, covering the above duties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Knowledge of social networking platforms, Adobe Suite, and email/crm campaigns
