About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Executive to join our team at Certain Advantage. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy for our B2B commercial business, which partners with major entertainment, hospitality, and luxury businesses across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to develop their e-commerce marketing skills further and take on a leadership role in our marketing team. You will be the main marketing contact for our business, reporting to one of our board directors, and will be responsible for managing multiple priorities and working independently.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in social media strategy, events management, e-commerce site management, and content creation. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and work alone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy for our business
  • Manage events and exhibitions for our business
  • Manage our e-commerce site and product listings
  • Create compelling content for various channels, including email marketing and brochures
  • Engage with connections on social media and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness
  • Manage case studies for marketing to new clients
  • Run email campaigns and track results
  • Manage our website and e-commerce store
  • Manage leads and collaborate with our sales team
  • Report on Google Analytics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business
  • Prior experience in a marketing or brand-related role, covering the above duties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work alone
  • Knowledge of social networking platforms, Adobe Suite, and email/crm campaigns
