This is a permanent position with a well-known plant hire company based in Glasgow City Centre. The successful candidate will join the team as a Credit Controller, responsible for driving credit control involvement in new account-set up and monitoring early implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage customer payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Allocate receipts on system and resolve disputed accounts
- Ensure all customer receipts are made in accordance with payment terms
- Prepare and distribute month-end reports
- Set up new customer accounts to establish good working relationships
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a similar position with the ability to come in and hit the ground running. You must also have the ability to communicate clearly with others in both written and verbal formats.
What You'll Get in ReturnThe company offers a competitive salary of £27,000, plus a bonus scheme, company-funded events, and reward schemes. You'll also receive 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and the option to buy an additional 5 days. Other benefits include life assurance, a pension scheme, and a cycle to work scheme.
