Support Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland.

This role will involve providing social support to a young man with a disability, enabling him to transition into his own tenancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for accompanying him to community events, such as football games and cinema trips, as well as supporting him with weekly swimming sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide social support to a wheelchair-bound individual
  • Accompany him to community events and activities
  • Support him with daily living tasks and routines
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the individual's needs are met

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
