Healthcare Shift Supervisor

Job Description:- Responsible for leading and managing your shift, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Administer and record medication, maintaining accurate records and adhering to policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Work collaboratively with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity
- Support the leadership team in driving service development and improvement
- Ensure a positive and professional approach at all times, maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is highly desirable
- You should be well-organised, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate work effectively
- Proven experience in leading and supervising others is essential
- A good understanding of care planning processes and principles is required
- You should be confident in administering medication and willing to undertake training if necessary
- Above all, you should have a natural ability to make a positive impact on the lives of others
