We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our team at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the technical operation of our performance venues, ensuring the highest quality in the presentation of performance work.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Production Management: Schedule production processes for in-house rehearsals, workshops, and performances, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to a variety of incoming work, including commercial hires and touring/partnership companies.
- Health and Safety: Implement and ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies, ensuring the safety of all users of performance spaces.
- Maintenance and Record Keeping: Perform routine maintenance and record keeping of technical equipment and theatre installations, including scheduling external inspections.
We are looking for a candidate with several years' experience in a senior practical and administrative role in a working theatre. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
