  4. Air Handling Units maintenance and repair

  6. Water Treatment, including Tap temperature testing and outlet flushing
  7. Building management system maintenance and repair
  8. Weekly fire alarm testing and maintenance
  9. Monthly Emergency lighting tests and maintenance
  10. HVAC maintenance and repair
  11. Heating and cooling related issues troubleshooting and repair
  12. Electrical fault finding and repair
  13. Lighting repairs and maintenance
