About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team at a high-end commercial site in Oxford. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building services systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Electrical distribution systems maintenance and repair
  2. Generator testing and maintenance
  3. Air conditioning system installation, commissioning, and maintenance
  4. Air handling unit maintenance and repair
  5. Pump maintenance and repair
  6. Water treatment system maintenance and testing
  7. Building management system maintenance and troubleshooting
  8. Weekly fire alarm testing and maintenance
  9. Monthly emergency lighting testing and maintenance
  10. HVAC maintenance and repair
  11. Heating and cooling system troubleshooting and repair
  12. Electrical fault finding and repair
  13. Lighting repairs and maintenance
  14. Assisting engineers with other planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks
