Building Services Engineer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team at Options Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial site in Oxford.

**Responsibilities:**

* Electrical distribution systems
* Generator testing
* Air conditioning system maintenance, including VAV, VRV, and FCU's
* Air Handling Units
* Pumps
* Water Treatment, including tap temperature testing and outlet flushing
* Building management system
* Weekly fire alarm testing
* Monthly Emergency lighting tests
* HVAC maintenance
* Heating and cooling related issues
* Electrical fault finding
* Lighting repairs
* Assisting engineers with other PPM or reactive tasks

**Requirements:**

* City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing or AC
* 18th Edition (desired)
* Building services experience
