About the Job

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Assistant to join our team at North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our service, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of equipment within the warehouse, decontaminating returned equipment, and loading/unloading equipment onto trust vehicles.

Main Responsibilities
  • Movement of Equipment: You will be responsible for moving equipment within the warehouse, ensuring that it is stored safely and efficiently.
  • Decontamination of Equipment: You will be responsible for decontaminating all returned equipment according to trust policies and procedures.
  • Loading/Unloading: You will load and unload equipment onto trust vehicles following manual handling training.
  • Supporting Drivers: You will assist drivers with deliveries and collections of equipment.
  • General Warehouse Duties: You will undertake general warehouse and storekeeping duties including stock takes of equipment.
