Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
About the Role:
This role involves maintaining tooling-based assets according to business requirements, ensuring safe use and compliance with company policies and legal legislation. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical, electrical testing, and maintenance, as well as auditing skills, particularly in safety aspects of tooling/assets.
Responsibilities:
Travel required, valid full clean driving license necessary; communicate effectively, portraying the organisation's vision and strategy; understand the business, its policies, procedures, culture, and values; build relationships across organisational boundaries; manage events proactively, planning for the future; ensure continuous improvement of working practices and team results; manage performance by setting clear goals and expectations.
