We are seeking a skilled and experienced Custody Nurse/Paramedic to join our team at Connaught Resourcing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with police officers and staff to provide high-quality healthcare services in a custody setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care and treatment to detainees, including assessing their fitness to detain, interview, transfer, and release.
  • Manage minor illnesses and injuries, and refer more serious cases to specialist services.
  • Conduct clinical examinations of police officers and staff injured on duty.
  • Collect specimens as required under legislation.
  • Provide written statements and testimony in court or tribunal.
  • Undertake alcohol and drug intoxication testing.
  • Assess mental health and learning disability needs.
