About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems and Insight Officer to join our Housing Systems Team at North West Leicestershire District Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Systems and Insight Team to support the service in using its different systems to the fullest and ensuring high-quality information can be obtained from them using advanced reporting software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Systems and Insight Team to improve business processes and ensure high-quality information is obtained from systems.
  • Manage systems in a housing service and have experience of project managing housing system upgrades and process enhancements.
  • Supervise and train end-users, including producing relevant supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with the Housing Systems Team to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
