Field Based Account Representative

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Field Based Account Manager to join our team in the Bridgwater/Taunton area. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing designated customers and achieving activity and sales targets.
Job Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships to drive sales growth and achieve performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure value is being delivered and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
