Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is currently working alongside an excellent Children's Looked After team and assisting in their search for a locum Social Worker.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage high levels of risk, including safeguarding and public protection stemming from contextual factors.
- Experience of managing case workers who deliver social work with adolescents and their parents/families with contextual safeguarding issues.
- Effective risk management within delivery of services to vulnerable children, young people and general public.
- Strong awareness of risk management and safeguarding in the context of social care including legislation, policy and procedures related to responsibilities.
- Proven ability to effectively use data, intelligence and evidence to create meaningful insight and to inform own decision making.
- Current and valid registration with the SWE.
- Proven experience within a Social Working role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Car driver to travel across multiple sites.
