Welcome to Young's, a leading hospitality company with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. We're seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team in one of our award-winning pubs or hotels.

As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for championing excellent service through quality food, working closely with our Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials. You'll also be expected to demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour.

We're looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who considers themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome.

What we look for:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Chef de Partie who is able to demonstrate their skills and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll need to be an active team player with excellent communication skills, and be willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
