The Role

This role is perfect for someone with retail management experience and a strong understanding of operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing the store team, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining the highest level of customer service standards.

You will also be expected to analyze Oracle reports to make key sales decisions, manage in-store devices to capitalize on a wider range of products, and use the store's dashboard to analyze footfall, average transaction value, and conversion.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all new product and advertised product is visible and in the correct locations, updating mannequins, displays, and windows according to visual merchandising guidelines, and developing existing team members and encouraging progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities
