We are recruiting an experienced property inspection specialist to join our team at Certain Advantage. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections and creating high-quality condition reports.
About the Position- Inspect properties to assess their condition and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Building, Surveying, or a related field.
- Significant experience in the sector, preferably with a focus on property inspection and condition reporting.
- A valid driving license and reliable transportation.
We provide a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
