  • Conduct thorough property inspections for damp, mould, and disrepair surveys.
  • Create high-quality condition reports for each inspected property.
About You

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A relevant technical qualification (HNC or higher) in Building, Surveying, damp remedial works, or a similar field.
  • Alternatively, showcase 6+ years of experience in the sector.
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle for fieldwork purposes.
