Job Opportunity: Market Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Business Development Manager to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a focused marketing and business development strategy to drive growth and expansion in the Canterbury area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and business development plan to target existing and potential clients, identifying opportunities to grow our client base.
  2. Plan, execute, and finalize projects to deliver successful outcomes, meeting agreed schedules, quality, and budget.
  3. Administer the creation of sector-specific content, campaigns, and profile-raising activities to enhance our online presence.
  4. Organize and attend marketing events, tracking their success and impact.
  5. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to update web pages and social media content.
  6. Manage third-party interactions with marketing service providers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in legal or professional services firms.
  • Ability to leverage digital tools to reach targeted and wider audiences.
  • Competency in project management tools, such as MS Project.
