As a Senior Geotechnical Specialist, you will have the chance to lead design teams and engage with clients on high-profile projects, leveraging your expertise in soil structure interaction and finite element modeling.

This role is ideal for a confident and ambitious geotechnical professional looking to take on a strategic leadership position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing design teams and delivering projects from conceptual to detailed design
  • Developing and implementing geotechnical design solutions using FE modeling
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and expertise

The successful candidate will have a strong background in geotechnics, a Chartered MICE status, and extensive experience in geotechnical design in the UK.
