About the Role:

The Global Sales Director will be responsible for leading the commercial team across multiple manufacturing sites within the THG Nutrition & Wellness division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of individual portfolios of accounts to ensure company profitability, customer requirements, and growth targets are met.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers at multiple levels to drive commercial objectives.
  • Developing and managing customer contract agreements to align with business priorities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimise results and ensure forecast accuracy meets account targets.
  • Providing a clear rolling weekly sales outlook and proactive plans to gap fill.

Requirements:

  • FMC G food and drink experience is highly advantageous.
  • Previous account management experience of 2+ years.
  • Strong financial controls and commercial awareness.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and creative abilities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
